Istia during The Real Trip
The Real Trip is a multi-day windsurf event. From the crew planning and first online registration to the results on the big screen, the whole event runs on Istia — modular and multilingual.

Online pre-registration
Participants register in advance on the event site at its own subdomain. They pick a participant type and package, fill in their details and pay online right away.

On-site check-in
On arrival the participant moves quickly through the desk. The volunteer looks up the registration, issues the bib number and handles the deposit in one go.

Results on the big screen
On site, a kiosk screen shows live standings and race results. During the prize-giving the screen takes over the stage, with a livestream when it fits.

Sponsors get continuous visibility: on the event site, in the sign-up flow and as slides between the results on the big screen.

Results and follow-up
Afterwards Istia calculates the results and publishes them on the site. Participants find their own race photos by bib number, and a short survey wraps up the event.
